VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE WOTTON & ABINGER FLOWER SHOW
Abinger Parish Council
The Wotton & Abinger Flower has been a fixture in the local calendar dating back to the late 19th century, starting its life as the Wotton and Abinger Cottagers’ Show. The event has been very successful over its long life and now relies on volunteers for its organisation.
The last show was held in September 2022 but didn’t go ahead this year due to the lack of available volunteers. The remaining committee members are very keen to continue to put on the Flower Show, but more volunteers are needed to ensure its continuation.
The committee would welcome any interested residents able to join the committee to assist in the organisation of the 2024 show.
